Suspended account.

    Hi, 

    Please lift the suspension of my account asap. I already provided you the reason in the email and everything was unintentional. I didn't know I'd experience this much hassle when trying to reach out to your customer service.

    Your account was suspended because your f
    orm was found collecting personal password that is a violation of our privacy terms.

    Hence, we would need to delete the fields from your form to activate the account.

    Free accounts are not allowed to collect any sensitive user information. Below are mandatory widgets you should also add into this form:

    1. Terms & Conditions - https://www.jotform.com/widgets/terms-and-condition 

    2. Signature - https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/signature  

    We will need to delete the personal password fields in the form to activate your account.
