Hi,
One of my donors is struggling to submit her donation, twice. The information is not going through. She keeps getting stuck.
Do you have a suggestion on how to resolve this issue?

I just made a test submission to your form, however, I wasn't able to replicate the issue. I was able to submit the form:
Could you please advise the user to clear his browser's cache and try again? Or he can try using a different browser and see if that makes any difference.
