Hello @cassiezielke - If you're referring to the BAA, it is only available if you enable HIPAA-compliance on your account.
I can see that your account is currently on Silver subscription, if you want, you can enable HIPAA compliance. Once done, a HIPAA Welcome email will be sent to the email associated with the account, along with the BAA.
