Credit card forms

Is there a way to create a form with a bunch of authorize.net products that my team can fill out ahead of time simply by checking the boxes that apply. Then the form sends the credit card authorization and line items and cost and the client just fills in their CC info and submits the form?

You can create an Order form and enable the Payment authorization. I recommend checking these guides first:

    1. Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form

    2. How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization

After checking it, give it a try and let us know if you have any questions.

    Thank you.

I have successfully created forms with authorize.net payments already.
My question is, is the following possible?
    1. My team uses a form to enter a payment amount or to add products to
the order, and enter an email address of the client. Then my team would
    submit the form.
    2. Upon submission, the form would email the client a fully filled out
form with those products and a total cost.
    3. The client fills out their credit card authorization for the
predetermined amount from the first form my team filled out, and submits.

It's not possible to submit a form with the payment field empty unless it is hidden.

    As a workaround,

1-) Add a checkbox field to your form and use conditional logic to reveal the payment field to your client when that box is checked. Guide.- How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer (by hidden the payment field your team will be able to submit the form without filling the payment field)

2-)On authorize.net click Additional Gateway Settings, the enable authorization only, so the payment doesn't process immediately.

I recommend you set Clear Hidden Field Values to Don't clear on the Form SETTINGS.

3-) Create a custom autoresponder and add the edit link in the template for your clients to click and add their credit card information. Guide.- How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
