Microsoft Power Automate Flow not working

Hi Support,

Our JotForm triggers within Microsoft Power Automate are no longer triggering when a new form submission event occurs? I have tried to disable and reenable our webhook on our form as well as rebuild our flow in Power Automate. 

Thoughts on what could be causing this?

May you please kindly check with the flow checker tool on Microsoft Flow and see if there are errors showing up?

It would help if you could provide a screenshot of the errors, the flow you're trying to achieve, and provide us the FORM URL, so we can check.
