I had sent an email about a week ago asking if a CSV file could be generated as the output from the JotForm processing and was informed that it could and how to go about setting it. I have been testing my form and I am receiving an email with ULOV Interactive on it. If it is the CSV version, the output doesn't look like CSV on the form but, more importantly, it has field names that have nothing to do with my form and I am missing data from the completed form on the email output.

I know that I can download the submissions data to Excel in a CSV format. That wasn't my question.
I set my submissions for CSV and after completing a test form, I then received the submissions via email. However, the submissions data is not in CSV format, there are field names in the submissions data that have nothing to do with my form data and because of the incorrect field names, I also have missing data on the submissions data that was sent.
As indicated earlier, the submissions data I received via email had a subtitle of ULOV Interactive on it. I have no idea what this is. The bottom-line is that although I have set my submissions data to be sent as CSV, that is not what is being produced and sent.
Can you forward me the broken CSV file firstname.lastname@example.org and describe exactly which line is broken. Once we understand the problem we can open a bug ticket and one of our developers can fix it.
