Square payment settings

    The payment settings aren't working. It won't allow me to click continue so that I can add products, etc and so it keeps telling me that my payment settings are not configured.

    If this is the form you're working on with: https://www.jotform.com/201765800473151, I can see that you haven't connected it yet with your Square account:


    Are you having some trouble connecting your account with it? If so, please try logging on to an incognito window and do the integration there. This happens to me sometimes and I think your browser's cache is the issue.

    Please try that and let us know how it goes.
