Non-profit pricing

Hi there, I submitted a request through your website last week about the non-profit discount. We're a non-profit in Vancouver, Canada. We're planning to launch a new website in another week, and the site includes a Jotform form. We'd love to get a paid subscription in place before we go live. Is there anything else we can do to expedite the request for the non-profit discount? Thanks
