Not receiving email from JotForm due to bounce list email

    I have 2 websites that I maintain with Jotforms on each, my client is telling me he has not recieved emails since January 26th from loft and capers site (2 restaurants)

    The captcha seems to not be coming up, could this be the solution?  Please Advise proper troubleshooting methods, I will try to remove the captcha and test

    Hi, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Client Email ID's that you used in both of your forms Notification was came into our Bounce list for some reason. I removed it now. The issue will be solved now.

    I have tested the form and still have not recieved an email, please advise.

    Hi! I am also at the blocked list. why did this happen? i could not receive any email notiification anymore.

    Please open an new thread, provide us the forms or email addresses that have been blocked, share them with us to remove them from the bounce list.
