Discontinue/Disable my Payment

    Kindly assist to remove my credit card details from jotform as i do not need your service already. I tried to remove but unable to do so. Appreciate your guide as there will be charges soon.

    I can see that you already cancelled the subscription. It will remain on Bronze until the service you paid for expires, which is tomorrow (EST).

    It will automatically be downgraded to FREE, so you need not to worry as there will be no autorenewals moving forward.
