Create output showing the selected items

2. I would like to use a form as an inventory audit/checklist.  Is there a way to create an output of let's say items that are needed to be ordered based on the checklist?

If my understanding is correct, you would like to create a document with all the selected checklist items in it. If so, you can try creating a PDF Document of the form submissions.

You can customize it based on what fields you would like to show.

You can then attach it to the email notification that you'll receive every time a new submission is received.
