How quickly should we anticipate the integration to take place?

How quickly should we anticipate the integration to take place? I submitted a test but am not seeing it over salesforce.

Once the integration is connected, data should go into Salesforce almost instantly. If it's not, that means there is a problem with the integration. 

I see your forms has a name with its middle name enabled. Please try disabling that to see if that will fix it.
