Emails to extra recipients not sending/being received

    Hi, I've added an extra recipient to my forms and they're not being emailed. What am I missing? The Form in questions is the Perth Cosmetic Tattoo enrolment form.

    Upon checking your email history logs for the said form, I can see that emails were successfully sent.



    However, I noticed you have updated your notification email, as such, I could not trace on how was the email setup before.

    Nonetheless, I can see you are using custom sender email, please make sure that the credentials used are correct. If you are uncertain, I suggest using instead.
