Jotform Inc. Canceled Your Automatic Payments

    We received an email notification that Jotform canceled automatic payments on our account. Is there a reason for the cancellation?

    Everything looks OK in your account. I've checked mail logs for your account as well but I'm unable to see it. Can you please send a screenshot and a sender email address? So we can further look into this for you.
