Asana integration not working for email address

    Hi 


    I can get the Asana integration to work fine until I try to add an email address to the assignee.  I have tried both an email field and a text field but both resulted in the error message:

    Asana Integration Error!
    Unable to send Integration data
    Invalid Request

    I have removed and reintegrated the Asana a couple of times and as I mentioned I can get it to work except for the email address.  Any help would be gratefully accepted.

    Can you please confirm if the email address filed name is the same on both Asana and your form? As I can see you are using "Elinaemail" for the email field. Are you using the same name for the email field in Asana as well?

    Thank you for getting back to me. I have changed the email field name to
    match the name in Asana to no avail. And I also have followed everything I
    can in the guide.
    Any other suggestions would be appreciated!

    Upon further checking, I could see that the email needs to be added to Asana projects before. The Task followers or the Collaborators have to be a member of the Project team - only then the form's email data could be seen on the Asana integration.

    From Asana end, also I can see that Users must be added as a "Guest" in Asana prior to being able to be added as a collaborator for a task, which means only users currently listed as a Guest can be added via the JotForm integration. Only then can the email be shown on Asana.
