Receiving duplicate submissions in form.

    Hi,

    We keep receiving submission forms that have already been submitted and deleted.

    We have never had this issue before.

    It is two separate signees now (previously it was only one).

    I've noticed if I delete it in submissions (because we have already received and copied it) then another one will come through. If I leave it, its like it blocks the system from sending us another. 

    Any answers this time on why this is happening? I have already asked about this.

    It is very frustrating and a waste of time continually checking just to see it is a form we have already received and deleted. It also appears they will build up.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Can you please check with your user if they are refreshing the thank-you page which is displayed after form submission? If they are not manually submitting the form again, the data should not be duplicated. 

    I would suggest you to please make following changes in your form and see if that solves your problem:

    #1. I would suggest you to please add "Captcha" field in form which will prevent form resubmission if they are resubmitting form accidentally. Please check the screenshot below:

    #2. I would also suggest you to please add a custom thank you URL in your form to redirect users to another page. The following guide should help you how to redirect users to different page: https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

    Please make the above changes and then monitor your submissions. Do get back to us if the issue persists, we will take a look.
