    Why my account has been suspended?

    How to re-activate it?

    Hi there - Your account was suspended as your form DHL Account Opening Form was found collecting ID which is considered phishing and against our Terms of Use.

    If you are collecting this information from your customers and not the general public, then we can make you an exception. However, we would need to require you to add (1) Terms & Conditions Widget and (2) Signature Widget to your form.

    These widgets would make you the sole responsible for the collection and handling of your customers' sensitive data.

    Moreover, kindly note that we need to remove the offending fields in order to reactivate your account. You can add them back but be sure to add the mandatory widgets to avoid further suspensions in the future.

    Let us know if you agree with our terms and we will delete the offending fields then re-activate your account.

    If you need to add them again, please add the missing widget my colleague has mentioned, and then you can add the field for collecting IDs.
