    Hi

    If I have a field for email address, is it possible for the system to send what they have submitted (in our case an appointment date and time) to the inputted email address?

    To clarify, are you referring to failed emails being sent by our email sender?

    If ever there is an issue regarding our sender email, once fixed it will attempt to deliver the emails again.

    However, if you're referring to something else kindly explain further your requirement .

    A member fills the form for Date Time and Name, if I put another section asking for their email address. Then after pressing the submit button, is it possible for the system to send them an email to the email submitted with details of what they have submitted.

    It is like an email confirmation.

    Yes, you can create an autoresponder email that will be sent to your clients when they submit your form.
