Migration of Existing Forms

Hello, we have 2 accounts at the AVMA; AVMADS and AVMAConvention. What is the procedure if we wanted to move existing forms from one to another? Also, would this move change the links to these forms?

We can move the forms and submissions for you. Do you want to move the forms from your account AVMADS to the account AVMAConvention? If, so, please let provide us the links of the forms you want to move. If you want to move the forms from the account AVMAConvention, you will need to make the request from that account.
