    Hi there,

We're are in the middle of building our form, with an IT manager who is adapting as much as possible the layout and typo to our graphical charter.

I do have a question about the save and return option: we don't want this " jot form " branding to appear like this on our form, is it possible to customize and change the appearing of this pop-up page ( attached ) ??

It was indicated on your website that by paying a pro account there would be no more jotform branding and fully customizable, so why it's still the case ? ..

Also for automatic e-mails, the mention "via jotform.com" always remains present next to the name of the sender. Can we avoid that ?

Thank you in advance for your help,

    Best,

I see what you mean. The pop-up that is being displayed to prompt the user to create an account with JotForm that helps in finding the saved sessions or drafts in their account itself.

I think if the logo is not displayed on the popup, the user may be confusing with the account creation. Let me forward the thread to our backend team to look into this. Once we have any news in this regard, we'll let you know here.

The other question related to emails is moved to a separate thread and shall be addressed there shortly.

    Thank you for your advice,

I think we will not use the save & return option then. But one question: can we add thee " automatic fill out setting without the "save & return" setting (creating a jotform account). Is it possible independently?

Thank you in advance for your help,

You may also use the option 'Allow Browser AutoComplete' from the form settings to save the form filled data in the browser storage.

This way the data can be accessed only when the form is opened on the same computer and same browser and the user will not be notified. Also, if the browser storage/cache is cleared, the form data will be lost. Based on the length of the form, conditions, etc might cause a little lag on the form since each entry shall be saved in the browser.

    Thanks!
