The External link is not getting redirected

Also trying to use  external link instead of thank you. my link is not working

I see you have a mandatory email field and a condition on this email field. This is the reason the Thankyou redirect is not working. The email is always filled as it is a mandatory condition so the condition is getting triggered all the time.

Please disable this condition or let us know what logic you are trying to incorporate in your form.
