Tab name different from form title

Hello there -

I just cloned a form - revised it and renamed it - but the tab still has the name of the original form. What do I need to do to correct that?

Hi!

To correct this, Go to your form SETTINGS>FORMS SETTINGS>SHOW MORE OPTIONS and update the title under Page Title.
