Problem with photo attachments

    I keep getting the whoops for the phot attachment and I need the photo... this happens all the time.

    Hello Tylene,

    Thank you for contacting our support team.

    After checking your account, I found that you currently have your privacy settings to prevent the download and viewing of submissions and uploads while you are not logged in to a Jotform account.

    So, if you are attempting to open your submissions or view the submissions uploads without signing in to your account, you will be directed to the 404 pages.

    You can go to your Settings page and uncheck these settings so that you can open the uploads without having to log in. Or you can simply log into your account before attempting to open the uploads.
