Add initials or text box after paragraph

Hello-

I would like to add initials at the end of text. I currently was using Narrative widget; however, the content does not display in the PDF builder... just responses. Is there a way to change that?

or...

I could use a paragraph and text box. Is there a way to change the width / shrink the paragraph properties to allow a short text box to be next to it? The shrink function does not do anything when selecting for paragraph properties.

Yes, you can include the text in the result/submissions/PDF. Just toggle the "Include narration in submission" option in the widget to Yes.

Please try creating a new PDF document to see if the issue persists there. That would also help us determine if there's a glitch in the form.
