Form webpage says it’s not secure.

we just signed up for your service ( silver plan)

but we are getting a message that your page with the form is not secure. 
Can you help us fix this ?

Could you please let us know the device and browser used on that you encountered "form is not secure" message? I would be also quite helpful if you take a screenshot of that error message and post it here:

Meanwhile, I can confirm that regardless of your plan, all your forms are served across protected 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate. Thus, presumably, it's a browser that incorrectly displays that message. You can also check the link below about why is JotForm secure:
