The embedded PDF files are not being displayed in the submission download

Greetings!

We have a few forms that have a PDF embedded within them that we have our employees sign in agreement with (e.g. Company policies, employee handbook, etc.). Previously, when the form would be submitted we could download the form as a PDF and it would show the signature and also the PDF that the individual was signing in agreement with. Starting yesterday, however, when we download the form as a PDF the policies, etc. (the embedded PDF) is no longer appearing. This makes it look as if the person is signing a blank form. Is there something we can do to troubleshoot this issue?

As I check one of your JotForms, I see that the option 'Attach to Submission' is not enabled in the PDF embedder widget wizard. 

This should be the cause the PDF files are not included in your submissions. Please enable this option in the PDF embedder widgets and update the widgets so that it should be working as expected.
