Date 1: Create a six-week (42 days) headway before an activity can take place.
Date 2: Is available immediately after date one is available (43 days).
How do I configure this? Please see the form below.

Hello @uclanre,
Thank you for contacting our support team.
If you would like to hide/show or disable/enable parts of your form based on a date or time, you certainly can. You will need to insert a Time field into your form and use the form conditions to trigger a change once a certain time has passed.
You can find a very helpful user guide below that will walk you through the steps of enabling or disabling your forms based on time. If you want to show or hide, the steps will be the same, except you will use the Hide / Show field in the conditions instead.
