Not able to see or receive referrals

    We have not been able to see referrals when we log in, everything is blank and

    no one has been able to send referrals from our website.

    Hello Phoebe,

    We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    When you say you are not able to see 'referrals', do you mean you cannot see your form submissions or you cannot see your forms?

    I have taken a look at your account and it seems that you do have 3 active forms and they are completely blank. This means that you have not added any additional fields to your forms. You can simply access the Form Builder and make edits to these forms so that they are complete.
