STRIPE Account: when I go to attach the proper Stripe user to the proper Jotform user it says must connect to current user

    When I go to attach the proper Stripe user to the proper Jotform user it says must connect to current user ?

    How do I fix this ?

    Could you please take a screenshot of the error screen and post it here by following instructions given below:

    Meanwhile, this may be happening due to an active Stripe session on the browser or a cookie. Please try accessing your Stripe account by using https://dashboard.stripe.com/ and log out if you are already logged in. Then you may try connecting your Stripe account from your JotForm.

    Alternatively, you may try accessing your Jotform from an incognito/private window or a separate browser to connect to the Stripe account.
