Clarification on pricing - 100 submissions limit

Hello! I’m interested in signing up, but hoping for clarification. When the free version says “100 submissions” is that per month? Or total? And can things be deleted to free up space?

This is a monthly limit. You can receive up to 100 new form submissions (entries) per month.

You can delete data to free up storage, but this will not affect the monthly submissions limit.
