Upload image problems

    My clients image uploads haven’t come through - they all keep going to a not found page. Since I’m paying monthly for this service, I’m curious why this doesn’t work? Please let me know. Thanks!

    Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.

    The link of the images attached to your email can only be opened once you are logged in to your Jotform account. If you want to view the images without logging in to your account, you can disable the Require log-in to view uploaded files option. To do that, please got to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files option.
