Requesting Assistance to troubleshoot Salesforce Integration

    I have followed all steps for integration into Salesforce using API. My submissions are not appearing in Salesforce as leads, I have removed the integration and resubmitted it, modified field mappings and configurations and submitted several test jotform submissions.


    I cannot locate where the error or disconnect is causing these records to fail.

    I noticed that you haven't set a Campaign ID in your Salesforce integration (as shown in the screenshot below).

    Please re-integrate your form with Salesforce, this time with a Campaign ID.
