I cant connect Jotform in my website in weebly

I cant connect Jotform on my website in Weebly. I don't know why is disconnected and I can't connect it again. I have to copy the code but now the form has the branding as the free version and I am paying the bronze plan

I could not see a JotForm on the link you have provided, however, I was able to see a JotForm from this link: https://www.wtsrecruitment.com.au/request-form.html

If this is not the form you are referring to, kindly share to us the exact URL where the form is embedded. Also, please elaborate on what you meant by can't connect.

Yes in my website I have 3 forms you sent me one of the link.i have to copy the code to have the add in the website because I can't connect the app with Weebly as a tool.
However when I copy the code show that my forms are in free version with your branding

If I understand this correctly, when you submit the form, you see a blank page? If yes, we would also like to make test submissions directly on your form.

You mentioned you have 3 forms, kindly share the other 2 URLs as well where the form is embedded.

I can see those three forms are properly embedded. Can you please explain in detail what's the purpose of the Connect button you are trying to process?
