Hi, i have just found you guys and it seems i have just make a homerun.

i represent PINCHEMX, pinche is who helps the cooker in a kitchen line and do anykind of favors.  talking about our business,we conect mexican homes with the principal popular markets in Mexico, we have start in Querataro city with the Escobedo Market.

in my forms that i use for fulks to order and being delivery their groceries, meat, fish, drys, flowers, prepared food and almost everything that could be found in the "mercado" <-- city market.

im looking forward so every local owner can manage their prices and stock. i make myself clear.  I receive the orders from my clients and by whats app i split the order depending to who has the possibility to manage the item, for example if the order has tuna 50 oz  and a steak of salmon i send it to the fisherman. then i pick up the order and send it by uber or local taxi.  every step we do it my ourself.  so in conclusion. i wonder if  it is posible that each department can manage their prices and product list .

    Thanks

Hello Jorge! Thank you for asking. Please find answers to your queries below:

    1. You can collect payments from your customers using JotForm.
    2. You can list as many products as you want for your customers in these forms.

But if you want your suppliers to manage the item prices in your forms, then you'll need to give them collaborators access to your forms. Collaborators access will give your users complete 'edit' access to the form in question. So they can't just manage their own product list, but they will also be able to edit other parts of your forms including other products listed in the same form.

Basically, Collaborators feature is used under those circumstances in which form design needs to be worked upon by someone else. It is usually a feature used by companies to give 'edit' access to their own Staff members or to freelance designers.

I don't think that this feature would be a better option in your case but please feel free to find out more about this feature by reading this article: https://www.jotform.com/help/419-Understanding-Form-Collaboration

I hope this information helps. If you have any further queries, let us know.
