Embedded form stuck on Please Wait...

    My form is not working. When I try to fill and submit it, it does not go through and instead stays on Please Wait... 

    Can you help?

    Hello,

    I can see the issue on your embedded form.

    I believe your website is on Wordpress.

    Please embed the form using the instructions in this guide: How-to-Embed-a-Form-to-Wordpress-com 

    Do try this and let us know the update.

    Yes it is on wordpress. And I have followed the instructions and added the embed code for Wordpress.com into an HTML code module. And the issue persists. It worked when I first set it up several months ago. But stopped working recently.

    Hi there,

    Apologies for the inconvenience, the issue might be caused by a conflict between scripts of JotForm and Wordpress. To prevent this, please try embedding the form via iframe method.

    Then you may use the classic editor where you can add HTML codes to paste your JotForm iFrame code:
