Published Form cannot be accessed through google

    I published the form and send the link to Gmail address.


    Chose access through google account.  It does not work.

    Hi,

    Your form is currently set to be available only to assigned users.

    You will only be able to submit if you are logged in to an assigned user.

    I need it to be available to whoever receive the link that I sent.

    Do you want to access the form link publically?

    If yes, you need to set the access to Public.

    If your users trying to access the forms that are assigned to them, they have to log in Jotform,

    If you do not wish to use the assigned form option you can try the quick share option,

    Here is how,

    1) In the Form Builder menu, go to the Publish tab and choose Quick Share. You can see your form's URL in the quick share menu. Simply copy the URL and send it to your users so that users can access the form without login.

    Also, check the settings on the link if it is set to the public:

    I had set it to public.

    All is good if we open it on desktop or laptop

    As soon as we use mobile, the apps ask for google login and it stuck there.

    please help

    The form could be opened on desktop and laptop but not mobile phone
    Please help, because many of our client will be using mobile phone.

    Are you assigning the form to the user? May we know how are you sending the link to the user?

    Could you please send me the link to roneet@jotform.com.

    Is there any Authorization error while opening the link in the mobile browser?

    Hi,
    the form now can be viewed on mobile.
    however,
    when I downloaded the fillable pdf, the second page went to 1 page
    and the arrangement is messed up
