Does JotForm support forms that user can edit without submitting to my website?

Does jotform support forms that a user can edit over and over without submitting to my website? Sort of like journal entries?

Do you mean to let users submit the form and allow them to edit their entry? If yes, you can do that. Please check the following for the details:
