Can you please confirm if you are creating forms using the JotForm Mobile App or using mobile browsers? In any case, please make sure that you are logged in on your account to ensure you're able to access features available to your account.
Also, please note that due to the screen size limitations of mobile phones, options are intentionally hidden at first to maximize display, yet they can be accessed thru certain menu or icons.
If you're still having issues, please share a screenshot of your mobile phone and what exact features are missing.
