HIPAA: requirement of encryption key on submission and inbox

Hi - I’m able to encrypt a “normal” form (w encryption available in settings) — but not a HIPAA-compliant form (encryption doesn’t show up in settings).

I understand that - however, before HIPAA, the forms would be stored as encrypted in my inbox on Jotform (so that if someone happened to log into my account, the form data would still not be accessible without the private key); after HIPAA, these forms are now not encrypted in my inbox on Jotform (no key is needed...can you add the requirement of the key, just like before?)

if you can request a key for HIPAA inbox that'd be awesome...to add that same layer of security on my end (in addition to what's on your end)
