Hi - I’m able to encrypt a “normal” form (w encryption available in settings) — but not a HIPAA-compliant form (encryption doesn’t show up in settings).

I understand that - however, before HIPAA, the forms would be stored as encrypted in my inbox on Jotform (so that if someone happened to log into my account, the form data would still not be accessible without the private key); after HIPAA, these forms are now not encrypted in my inbox on Jotform (no key is needed...can you add the requirement of the key, just like before?)

if you can request a key for HIPAA inbox that'd be awesome...to add that same layer of security on my end (in addition to what's on your end)

As per your requirement, I am forwarding a feature request to our back end team. We will not be able to provide an ETA, but when and if this feature gets implemented, we will let you know via this ticket link.

Meanwhile, you can review more about our HIPAA features here: https://www.jotform.com/hipaa/
