Hi,
I'm using the PDF creator for a confirmation of an official letter.
Two things what will goes wrong.
(1) In the form I have created a date in the format 'DD-MM-YYY).
In the confirmation mails the date will also showed as DD-MM-YYYY
However in the PDF it will be showed as Sunday, June 28, 2020 ???
And I don't see a way in the preferences how to change this?
(2) I'm using a 'handtekening' field for the signature.
In the email confirmation I will get the signature without problem.
In the PDF I will get a message as "https://www.jotform.com/uploads/12358745 etc... but not the signature.
Can you help me? -

Hello,
1. Looks like you were able to figure it out. The PDF shows the Date in correct format:
2. You can add the Signature field directly on the PDF:
Do review and let us know if this is what you were referring to.

Hi
(1) Yes it looks it's solved, but it's on another way.
When I used in the PDF a text field, and in this text field I will use the form values then you'll get the different date format.
Using the date element in the PDF creator will do the job, but with limitations.
I can't set a text as 'blablabla-text {date}' cause the date element is a stand alone field.(2) Yes, I also get this when I create the PDF. You also did it in the creator mode.
However, when I complete a new form, then in the result Pdf I'll get the message with the details of the signature in stead of the image...
If you'll want to try, the form is in test mode. -

Hello,
1. Using the date element in the PDF creator will do the job, but with limitations.
I can't set a text as 'blablabla-text {date}' cause the date element is a stand alone field. It seems that you are referring to the Date field inside the Paragraph field, correct?
If so you can use this method to change the format of the date field in the Paragraph field, please refer to my screencast below:
2. ..then in the result Pdf I'll get the message with the details of the signature instead of the image...
I have made a test submission on your form and I am showing the signature on the PDF submissions page, are you referring on the PDF attachment on the email autoresponder when downloaded?
I cloned your form then ran a test submission, and I am also showing the Signatures on the PDF attachment:
Can you provide us with additional details on where you are showing the details or the link for the image instead of the signature?
Thank you. Looking forward to your response.
