The forms are suspended due to the Gaming forms

    Hi,

    I am unable to login and form have also been disabled please help me with the reason behind this and activate my account by earliest.

    Your account was suspended due to your form that offers registrations for a PUBG tournament(Gaming forms).

    Online Form Builders, including Jotform, are sometimes being used for scam/phishing purposes and we go to great lengths to prevent this. That is why creating online tournament forms are being flagged by our system.

    Hi,

    We are registered company as esports tournament. Please have a look to our android app too which is available on play store as well. Google have also approved our app as it is genuine and not involved in any scam activities.

    kindly provide us the following information:
     
    1. The URL where your forms are used.
    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
     
    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one.
     
    Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Ticket #2416737 as your subject. We will let you know about the status of your account after a thorough review of your proofs.

    Thanks for immediate response. Please work on it right now and help me at the earliest. As the form design was too important for us and we are also planning to buy premium plan as we need more responses limits. But unfortunately at the trial period only you have blocked my account.
