How to make a payment choice ?

I wanna use the CB payment but I want to let my client choose his payment mode.

I made a question ... how do u wanna pay ?  cash  or Credit card 

but I want to create a condition, I can't make disappear the Credit Card "space" if cash is checked.

Do u have an idea ?

Basically, you will need to work with two forms.

1) Clone the form, then replace the payment field of the clone version with a Purchase Order field:

2) Then, create a third form, where you will house those two forms. Please note that this third form should have 3 elements only:

- One(Dropdown, or Single Choice) field to ask the preferred payment method.

- Two Iframe Embed widgets, where you will display one of the forms depending on the preferred payment method.
