I have a list of 180 titles for books and want to load them so that people can check off the ones they do not like.  Is this possible, please?  You guys are GREAT!, thank you so much?

    Greetings,

We're happy to hear positive feedback!

You can use the Multiple Choice element and add your list of titles as the options:

Add data to a check off field? Image 1 Screenshot 20

Thus, users will be able to choose the ones they don't like. Please check this demo form below:

    https://form.jotform.com/201795214186053

Afterward, you can create reports of your submissions that will indicate the distribution of the titles with percentages from the most disliked ones to the less disliked. Please check these guides below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/326-How-to-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm

    https://www.jotform.com/help/187-How-to-Create-a-Visual-Report-with-Your-Form-Submissions

Please give a try and let us know if you are referring to something else.

    Thank you in advance!

Can I paste in a text file of the names, or do they all need to be entered individually?

    (thanks for the fast response!)

    Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to paste in a text file. However, you may share your text file with book titles and we will convert it as a list that you may copy and directly paste as options.

    Thank you!
