Can't upgrade to Bronze.

    Hello all,

    I just went thru the process of upgrading to bronze, I got to the last page where there is a green continue button, I pressed the green continue button and nothing happened.

    I checked my account to see if I was changed to bronze, it still say starter. May you please tell me if my checking info went thru for my order?

    Upon checking your account, I've found no payments associated to it, hence, it makes sense it is still on Free plan.

    If you think there's a mistake and you've been charged for a subscription, please provide us with the transaction details and a proof of payment, so that we can further investigate.
