here is a message sent by my client:

There is an error on the registration form. When filling out the payments, after I have put in my name it did not allow me to input credit card information. Then if I tried to click submit, it said that there was a payment error. If I go back and tried not to submit the credit card information, then it still said payment error. I just eTransfered you the amount instead of working with the form.

Here is a link to the form:https://form.jotform.com/201637834004247

I have been trying to fix this situation with JotForm and PAyPal for 3 consecutive days. NO SUCCESS Multiple customers have complained and just paid me thru e-transfer. Jot form is new for my business and seems like a platform I would like to keep. However when I am made over and over again to look unprofessional.

PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS SORTED OUT

As we check your JotForm, it seems that the form is integrated with PayPal business account. However, we have received an update recently that the credit card fields on the form for the PayPal business integration shall be disabled if the PayPal account doesn't meet the requirements. Since it is a limitation or requirement from the PayPal, could you check with PayPal support in this regard and let us know here if the issue still persists? We will be happy to take a look again.
