Why has my account been suspended?

    I got a suspension on my account , and i didnt do anything , please remove for me the ban , all my work become on you successful website

    Kindly be informed that your account has been suspended due to phishing activity within your form in which you ask users for "login credentials and unauthorized payments for PUBG tournaments".

    Furthermore, online Form Builders, including Jotform, are sometimes being used for identity theft and we go to great lengths to prevent this. That's why collecting these types of data is considered as phishing activity, as stated in our Terms of Use.

    Your account has been permanently suspended. There's no way for you to retrieve access to it again.
