Disabling IP addresses in all Jotform reports

    It is my understanding that presently one cannot stop Jotforms from harvesting IP addresses of those that use them and that they cannot be kept from appearing in reports such as excel sheets can provide.  If that is true, then we have a serious problem.  I have developed a jotform designed for On-Line voting.  We cannot allow the IP address to show in those excel sheets as that allows for voters to be identified and that simply cannot be allowed.  If you cannot make it possible for the gathering of IP addresses to be turned off at the discretion of the person building the jotform, then we, at least and I suspect others, will have to drop you and find a alternative company.  That would be unfortunate.  Please give this some very serious consideration.

    If my information on IP addresses is wrong, please so advise with ample directions.

    Hi, thank you for contacting us. You can remove the IP addresses from the submissions page, and reports. You just need to untick it:
