Google sheet form not updating again.

    Hi, 

    I have integrated my form with google sheet and now it's not updating again. We haven't changed anything in the columns and yet it's not loading again. May we ask if you can push the missing submissions to our spreadsheet pls?

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered.

    Kindly note that you would need to re-integrate with Google Sheets if you made specific changes to form or removed the integration, and this will lead to creating a whole new Sheet document. This is because the integration is meant to be set up once to receive data in a given format. Any major changes to form fields result in breaking the integration.

    All existing submissions will be successfully integrated to the newly-created Google Sheet, so don't worry at all.

    Hi,

    But we didn't make any changes with the form at all and yet it's not updating. We've re-integrated the form a couple of times already and this is always happening. We don't want to keep changing the google sheet as much as possible.


    Is there a way you can push the missing submission in the current sheet?

    Hello,

    As requested, I have manually pushed submissions into the sheets. Please check and let us know.

    If there is still an issue, please re integrate Google sheets into the form one last time. That will solve the issue.

    If there is still an issue, please reintegrate Google sheets in the form and check.
