Hide page conditions not working

Hi there, 

I have created a nomination form: https://form.jotform.com/AustSail/awards-nomination

With many Hide Page conditions based on a combination of the first two drop down questions. 

Please note: if the first State drop down = Victoria or Western Australia there are two different 'Nominating Category' drop downs to the other states.

Dependent on the nominating category the conditions should hide the non-relevant nominating category pages (between pages 5-15) and then finish on the nominator declaration page.

This worked on initial testing, now after a couple of days it isn't working. This is the second time I would have to strip out the conditions and start again. 

I set up new conditions for Female/Male/Mixed Team of the year with the exact same conditions already set up and it worked. So I am not sure why, after a day (or few days) the form conditions stop working.

Can you please advise what I have done wrong in the conditions for this form. 

Your form seems to be working as expected at the moment. Is there any way you can take a short clip of the problem? That would help us troubleshoot this for you.

By the way, if you're hiding pages based on the user's answer. You should create SKIP TO PAGE conditional logic as well if the user clicks the next button.

For example:
Page 5-15 is hidden then you can skip the next button to Page 16.

You can test it in the clone version of your form, no need to re-create the conditional logic in your main form. If there is an issue, you can report it to us and we will check it for you.

See below the screen capture. 

Female Sailor of the Year, Male Sailor of the Year, Mixed Team of the Year, Offshore Sailor of the Year, Para Sailor of the Year, Youth Sailor of the Year - they should go from page 3 to 4, then hide pages 5-15 and finish on 16.

Etc etc, Coach of the Year should go from page 3 to page 5 and then skips page 6 -15 and finish on 16.

Currently, regardless of the nomination category, all pages are showing.

The screencast or the video is private so I'm not able to view it. I also cloned your form and there's a lot of hide conditional logic. It's quite confusing so if you can list down the conditional logic here then we can try it on our clone form and help you troubleshoot this.

Also, please try this:
For every page of your form, try to combine all the conditional logic that's involved in each page in one condition only. Kindly check my screenshot below for reference.

That way, each page will only have one conditional logic, not a repeated condition.
