Scheduled autoresponder emails not getting sent

    I have setup 3 testing emails autoresponder. I only receive the first one. Have tested using multiple emails. Pls advice

    I can see that you are not receiving Autoresponder 2 and 3:


    This is because, you have setup these emails to be sent after 1 day and 2 days respectively.

    Here is the Autoresponder 2 settings:


    Similarly, for Autoresponder 3, you have setup the email to be sent after 2 days.


    If you want to receive these emails immediately, you will need to change the drop down from "1 day" and " 2 days" to "Right away".

    Dont we set 3 emails to go on 3 different days?

    I have received the mail which was supposed to go right away.. the first one.

    2nd mail has not been triggered on submission +1 day

    Yes, the second autoresponder is set to be sent on the next day.

    As what my colleague has explained, you have set your two autoresponders to be sent on later date.

    I have already read that have setup the 3 email. As informed the first email I have received. It is 24 hrs now and still not received 2nd email

    I seem to have found the issue. 

    The Autoresponder 2 and 3 are linked to Name field and not the Email field. Hence the email is not being sent even after 24 hours:


    Check the Autoresponder 1, where you have linked the Recipient email to the Email field on the form. You have to apply the same change on Autoresponder 2 and 3.

    Here is the issue from Autoresponder 2:


    Make this same change on Autoresponder 3.
